Homversa publishes a directory of home services companies whose credentials we check against official state records. This site is operated under the Homversa name; you can reach the operator at any time via the contacts on our contact page. Using the site means accepting the terms below.
We are a directory, not a contractor
We do not perform plumbing, restoration, or any other home services work, and we do not employ, supervise, subcontract, or act as an agent for the companies listed here. If you hire a listed company, your agreement is with that company alone. You negotiate scope and price with them, you pay them directly, and any warranty, dispute, or claim about the work is between you and them.
We do not quote prices, dispatch crews, or guarantee that any company will be available, respond, or accept your job.
What verification means — and what it does not
Verification means that on the date shown, we checked the official public record and it reported what we display — for example, a current Responsible Master Plumber license with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, a current TDLR mold remediation license, or IICRC Certified Firm status. Our methodology explains each check.
Verification is a records check, not an endorsement or a guarantee of work quality. A current license means the state has licensed that company; it does not promise competence, honesty, punctuality, fair pricing, or a good outcome on your job.
State records can be out of date, incomplete, or wrong, and a license can lapse or be revoked between our checks. Always confirm a company's license yourself using the state lookup we link on every listing, and confirm insurance coverage directly with the company before work begins. Texas does not license water damage restoration as a trade; on those listings we verify a TDLR mold license and voluntary IICRC certification, and we say exactly which applies rather than implying a state license that does not exist.
How we make money
We earn a fee when you call businesses through numbers on this site. This never affects who is listed or how they rank. Businesses cannot buy a listing, buy a higher position, or pay to have a competitor removed. We do not sell placement, and we do not sell your call as a shared lead to multiple companies. Using the site
Please do not scrape or bulk-copy the directory, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it to send unsolicited marketing to listed businesses. Our page text, layout, and compiled listings are ours; the underlying license records are public records held by the State of Texas, and IICRC certification data belongs to the IICRC, which we link rather than republish wholesale.
No warranty; limits
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that listings, license data, or availability are error-free or continuously current, and we are not liable for any loss arising from work performed by a company you found here, from a company's acts or omissions, or from reliance on a record that the state later corrects.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law.
