Privacy Policy

Some phone numbers shown on Homversa are tracked numbers supplied by a third-party pay-per-call network. When you dial one, your call is connected to a home services company, and the network processes the call in order to route and bill it.

Calls placed through these numbers may be recorded or monitored by the call network and by the company that answers, for quality, training, and billing verification. Where a call is recorded, you will hear a recorded-line announcement before the call connects. If you do not want to be recorded, hang up at the announcement and dial the business directly — every business profile on this site shows the company's own publicly listed phone number as filed with the state.

In connection with a tracked call, the network and the answering company may receive:

• your phone number (caller ID) and the number you dialed;
• the date, time, and duration of the call;
• your approximate location as derived from your area code;
• any audio recording of the call, where recording applies; and
• anything you choose to tell the company during the call.

Each call network and each answering company is an independent business and handles that information under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. We receive only aggregate reporting about calls — for example, that a call occurred, its duration, and whether it qualified for payment. We do not receive call recordings.

We do not sell your information as a "shared lead." Your call goes to one company, not to a list of companies that then compete to contact you.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request — IP address, user agent, requested URL, referring page, and timestamp. These logs exist to operate and secure the site and are retained on a short rolling basis.

Analytics. We use privacy-respecting aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

No accounts, no marketing email. There is nothing to sign up for. We do not operate a marketing mailing list, so we have no email addresses to sell, and we will not add you to anything for calling a business.

If you email us, we keep that correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and to maintain a record of listing corrections.
